Tight Curves Vanilla Bean Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

1.5 scoops Tight Curves Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
½+ cup egg whites
1 whole egg
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Mix protein powder, egg whites and whole egg in blender.
Cook as pancakes (approx. 6 small) adding a few walnuts (if desired) to each while cooking.
