2 scoops Tight Curves Double Chocolate Ice Cream Protein Powder
1/2-3/4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats (grind ½ cup to make a “powder” and add the other ½ cup whole)
¼ cup dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips
Pour mixture into 6 cup muffin tin (sprayed with non fat cooking spray) and add a few chips to each cup.
Bake at 350 for approx 12 mins or until done-enjoy!
