Tight Curves Berry Protein Pancakes
Makes two large pancakes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of Tight Curves Multi-Purpose Protein
3 egg whites with one yolk
1/2 cup oatmeal (optional)
10 blueberies
Splenda to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix egg whites, protein, and oatmeal together.
Spray pan with cooking spray and cook on med low heat.
Add 5 blueberries and splenda to each pancake as they cook.
