Tight Curves Berry Protein Pancakes

Makes two large pancakes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 scoop of Tight Curves Multi-Purpose Protein
  • 3 egg whites with one yolk
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (optional)
  • 10 blueberies
  • Splenda to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix egg whites, protein, and oatmeal together.
  2. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook on med low heat.
  3. Add 5 blueberries and splenda to each pancake as they cook.
